Belly rub



The first idea that came to mind for belly rubs was pregnant women. My sister and her husband welcomed their first child in August so I thought it was fitting. I thought I would also add in animal belly rubs because they're fluffy both literally and figuratively.


Art

For the art prompt I decided to go yet again with my number one muse xD, Nakamaru Yuichi, and his connection to art. He's currently co-staring in the jdrama, Omoni Naitemasu, as an art student/teacher, which is the basis for the 1st 2 wallpaper. He also has a love for drawing and often creates original works for his art column in Wink Up magazine, which is the basis for the last wallpaper and the icons.

The icons seem completely random. Idk, I just think this particular photoshoot from his art column in Wink Up 2012.09 of Nakamaru looking at picture books is freaking adorable. Plus he looks amazing in that plaid shirt *____*

If I make any other graphics to fulfill more prompts I'll edit this post to keep it all in one place.

I'm pretty happy with the way the icons I've made for bingo have turned out so I'm really glad you like them too ♥
I think I just really love the idea of Maru and books.

The wallpapers are very cute <3 I love the way you used the textures/brushes along with Maru's signature on the second one *--*
And the third one, I would have never thought about making a wallie
with Yucchi's art works *0* It's lovely :)

Awww the belly rubs icons are so adorable <3 I stole the kitty one and the first one with the teddy bear ^^ And of course took the complete set of Yucchi icons XD I especially like the first one because Idk he seems to be making a pouty face LOL

I always like how you blend textures in your wallpaper so I thought I could try doing something like that. Hopefully I'm getting a little better lol
I always found that Yucchi has an incredible imagination when it comes to his art so I thought making graphics would be nice for the prompt. His cartoon depictions of KT are so interesting. Yokai!Junno cracks me up to no end XDDD

I haven't been that happy with my icon-making recently but I'm pretty satisfied with the way these came out. I found some great blue textures that give the icons a very nice hue so almost all the icons here have it :D
